These terms govern use of RideArrow, an AI assistant for preparing and managing ride-related requests.

Service

RideArrow helps users collect trip details, review ride information, and connect to supported third-party ride platforms. RideArrow does not guarantee ride availability, pricing, driver arrival, or third-party platform performance.

User Confirmation

Users are responsible for reviewing pickup, destination, timing, fare, and other details before confirming any ride action.

Third-Party Platforms

Rides may be provided by independent third-party platforms. Their terms, policies, pricing, and cancellation rules apply to those services.

Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse RideArrow, submit false or unlawful requests, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.

No Emergency Use

RideArrow is not an emergency transportation service. In an emergency, users should contact local emergency services.
